ResumeUp is an AI-powered resume building service that helps users create ATS-optimized resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles. Our service includes:

  • AI-generated resume content optimized for applicant tracking systems
  • Cover letter writing services
  • LinkedIn profile optimization
  • ATS compatibility scoring
  • Free ATS scanning tool

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about your work experience, education, and skills
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models or algorithms
  • Review and verify all AI-generated content before using it in job applications
  • Take full responsibility for the accuracy of your final resume

Important: You are responsible for ensuring all information in your resume is truthful and accurate. ResumeUp generates content based on the information you provide, but does not verify its accuracy.

Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is clearly displayed on the website. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the quality of your resume.

To request a refund, contact us at refunds@resumeup.com with your order ID and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are not available after 7 days from the date of purchase.

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the information you provide. The resume content we generate for you is yours to use as you see fit.

Our Service: The ResumeUp platform, including our website design, branding, AI models, and algorithms, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our Service without permission.

ResumeUp is a resume writing tool. We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in job interviews, offers, or employment. Success in job searching depends on many factors beyond resume quality.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Our Service uses AI to generate resume content. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before use.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that our Service will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the AI-generated content
  • Unauthorized access to your data
  • Any other matter relating to the Service

Data Retention

Your resume data is stored temporarily for 7 days to allow you to access your results. After 7 days, all personal data is automatically deleted from our servers. You can download your results at any time during this period.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
